CORONAVIRUS

Call 111 now if you've been: • to Wuhan or Hubei Province in China in the last 14 days (even if you do not have symptoms) • to other parts of China, including Macau and Hong Kong, in the last 14 days and have a cough, high temperature or shortness of breath (even if it's mild) • to Thailand, Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, Republic of Korea or Malaysia in the last 14 days and have a cough, high temperature or shortness of breath (even if it's mild) • in close contact with someone with confirmed coronavirus DO not go to a GP surgery, community pharmacy or hospital. Call 111, stay indoors and avoid close contact with other people. Further information is available on nhs.uk.

Appointments

Consultations are by appointment and can be booked by telephone or in person during opening hours.

If you have a telephone enquiry about your health please book a telephone consultation either with the doctor or practice nurse.

Emergency Appointments are for patients that are unwell and cannot wait until the next available appointment. Please do not misuse the system for minor or self-limiting illnesses! A cold or a sick certificate is not an emergency.

Practice Nurses

In a number of cases it might be worth considering an appointment with a practice nurse rather than a doctor. Practice nurses are qualified to deal with many conditions and you may be seen more quickly.

Cancellations

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
