Repeat Prescriptions

Requests for repeat medication can be handed in to reception or put through the letterbox when the surgery is closed. Please enclose a stamped addressed envelope if you wish us to post the prescription back to you.

You can also register for our online services and order via the link at the top of this page.

Prescriptions can be collected from reception or be sent to a local chemist, ask at receptions for details or email the surgery at drfateh.practice@nhs.net

The surgery does not take requests for repeat medication over the phone as mistakes can occur. Only housebound patients are allowed to request repeats over the phone.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.

Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
